SIERRA MILK

Sierra Milk is a dark milk chocolate made with cacao from the Arhuaco Indigenous community in Colombia’s Sierra Nevada.

This cacao is grown and harvested with deep respect for the land, following ancestral practices that prioritize balance, care, and harmony with nature. Working with Arhuaco cacao means honoring a way of growing cacao that goes beyond flavor and into culture and tradition.

We chose a dark milk style to let the cacao shine while adding just enough creaminess to soften its intensity. The result is smooth, comforting, and deeply chocolatey, with more character than a traditional milk chocolate.
